New Pavement Construction
We make any new paved surface project stress-free for you by taking care of all the details.

Complete Site Development
We have the equipment, experienced crews, paperwork and code experts, and skills to perform every project of your commercial paving project and development.

Asphalt Overlays
Overlays are commonly recommended as part of a repair or maintenance project. We have extensive experience with overlays and will show you a range of options.

Sectional Patching
Not all projects require complete reconstruction or an overlay. Sectional patching is often a reasonable solution to extend the life of your pavement

Asphalt Removal & Replacement
Eventually, asphalt reaches the end of its life cycle. At that point the only realistic solution is to remove the existing pavement and replace it with new asphalt.

Mill & Fill
This consists of removing existing pavement with a milling machine to a depth of 1-2”, and then applying new asphalt mix.

“We had a wonderful experience working with GPM. They were able to get us a quote quickly and their communication was excellent throughout the process. The job was completed in a timely manner with minimal downtime for our business over the weekend. We highly recommend using GMP and we will definitely be seeking out their services again when needed.”

“GPM did fantastic work for our HOA! They did both cement work last fall and sealing of our parking area recently. For both jobs, the crew showed up on time and were very courteous and really paid attention to detail. We are a small complex and getting someone to even show up, much less do a good job, can be challenging. I am happy to recommend them!”

Asphalt Paving FAQs
What is the process of getting a paving quote with GPM?
It’s easy. Simply contact us through our website form and tell us about your potential paving project. We’ll get in touch and arrange an onsite visit to accurately assess your project. Your quote will include the cost of the project and an accurate timeframe for completion.
How soon does new asphalt typically need regular maintenance?
New asphalt takes between six months and a year to fully cure. It shouldn’t need maintenance before then, but if you happen to notice any cracks or damage, notify your asphalt provider immediately. Your asphalt should be sealed after it cures. After that, we recommend sealing your asphalt every three to five years. You should also inspect your pavement at least once a year for cracks, potholes, and other damage.
My asphalt is starting to crack - do I need to replace it?
No, but cracking is serious because it can quickly spread and cause more damage. If you see cracks, call us immediately. We will crack seal the asphalt if damage is minimal, or we may patch the asphalt if it is more extensive. The sooner cracks are fixed, the less damage they cause and the less it will cost to repair the asphalt.

California’s Central Coast, stretching from Monterey Bay to Ventura County, has a rich and diverse history. This region has long been shaped by its strategic location along the Pacific Ocean, first inhabited by Native American tribes, such as the Chumash and Salinan people. Spanish explorers arrived in the 16th century, and by the 18th century, the area was central to the establishment of missions along El Camino Real, including the famous Mission San Luis Obispo and Mission Santa Barbara. Agriculture, fishing, and tourism have been key industries, but more recently, the region has gained a reputation for its vineyards, particularly around Paso Robles.
