Foothill Estates Sealcoat and Restriping Project in Lompoc, CA

The Foothill Estates in Lompoc, CA, needed a sealcoat on their road and pavement marking in the parking area when the sealcoat was finished. The project covered 110,000 square feet of asphalt.

We began the Foothill Estates project by removing the weeds and loose debris from the cracks in the asphalt. Then, we used a hot pour rubberized sealant to seal those cracks. Once that was complete, we blew and swept the asphalt surface and removed oil spots and any excess vegetation on the road.

The next stage of our project was applying two levels of sealcoat to the asphalt to extend the life of the pavement. To finish the project, we applied a coat of traffic paint to restripe the pavement.
