Full Depth Reclamation
- Pulverize in-place the existing asphalt pavement up to 4″ thick.
- Grade and compact the pulverized materials, exporting excess spoils as needed.
- Pave and compact 3″ of hot mix asphalt pavement over the prepared surface.
